Accounts Executive made RM18K in a month!

young entrepreneur coached by Richard Tan

Hi, I’m Su Shan, 33 years old, a Business Administration graduate from a prestigious college in KL. My study fees alone cost me about RM30K. After graduating, I got a job as an Accounts Executive cum Debt Collector in a big manufacturing industrial company.  After working for 6 years, my pay was just RM2200.
Initially I found my work exciting but after awhile, things did not turn out well. I had problems in my life, my health, my bank account, my career and my relationships with my parents and boyfriend. I did not have a peace of mind and I lost my self-esteem.
I started to ask myself, what does it mean to have a meaningful and contented life?  I think life has to be balanced in every aspect…but my life had no balance.
It was at a function that I met Richard and Eileen. With their guidance, my mindset started to change and from there, everything else started to transform. I got back my self-esteem and confidence. I started to have DREAMS and ASPIRATIONS.  With hope back in my life, I resigned from my job to pursue my dreams.
Richard, my business coach, guided me along the way. Soon after quitting my job, I made RM7K in the first month, then RM10K the following month. My highest income was RM18K. I now see myself as a great lady leader who possesses strong determination and persistence; a leader who can give value to my executive traders.
My vision is to transform thousands of lives!
